What is the plan to resolve this and when will an update be rolled out? Can we at least get an update for new customers starting in January?
We are taking action on this issue. This is part of a larger project that we are currently running. The project is running both an editorial team and a technical team through the assessment bank. We expect the editorial team to finish their work by the end of January 2018, though the SMEs will take a bit longer. We are planning for them to complete their work and have updates ready to roll out by the end of the 2nd quarter. This should time well with school winding down for the summer time and will ensure that the fewest customers are affected by the update process.
